Level 15 - Movement Tier
This tier has been swapped with the CC tier for earlier +movement speed while levelling before mounts are trainable at level 20.
Level 45 - Raw DPS/Healing Tier
Divine Insight retains the old SW: Death proc instead of instant Mind Blasts (which can still proc from Mind Melt). This tier has been swapped with the DPS/Healing & Mana tier so that Archangel & its playstyle can be learned earlier.
Level 75 - DPS/Healing & Mana Tier
The shadow version of From Darkness, Comes Light grants Mind Spike the ability to generate a Shadow Orb instead of the +50% damage as i feel the focus of this tier should be on mana regen/management or in this case Shadow Orb regen.
I also felt that disc/holy didn't really need the damage increase from Mindbender and so have added Sanction of Faith which gives holy/disc the option to enhance Hymn of Hope instead. I'd also prefer a more powerful looking summon such as a Pit Fiend instead of the mindbender which looks like a tiny octopus/squid, could also use the Haunting Sha or Dread Shadow model.
Level 30 - Crowd Control Tier
Priests don't need 2 AoE fears (Psychic Scream and Psyfiend). Instead i've taken the effects from Psyfiend and turned it into a major glyph that alters Psychic Scream. I've replaced it with the Shadow only ability Silence making it available to any spec (this was once possible during BC and WOTLK before locked talents). The spell cooldowns have also been altered.
Level 60 - Survival Tier
Both Desperate Prayer (Druid's have the exact same talent but called Renewal) and Angelic Bulwark are boring and too passive. I've replaced them with an enhanced version of Fear Ward called Death Ward (which would incorporate the Angelic Bulwark animation) and a more offensive style self-heal Vow of Discord.
Level 90 - DPS/Healing Spell Tier:
No changes - i think overall these spells look pretty damn cool.
